Islamont owns the land and is delivering the project. Sitework is complete and vertical construction follows. The firm plans to operate the hall and the venue itself.

Islamont is a multi unit developer of Parlor Doughnuts. The first Orlando location opened in 2024 in the former Cafe Linger building, which the firm acquired and reimagined.
Four locations are held across Florida and South Carolina, each one in real estate the firm owns. The firm is both the landlord and the tenant.
